I live around the corner and have been going to united for years. Today i went to get some milk instead of going to coles. The milk i wanted to buy (farmhouse) was marked at the wrong price. I told the guy and showed him where the milk was as it was the only one.Instead of doing the right thing and selling it to me as the marked price he decided to start agruing with me about it and start to be arrogant. I am not the kind of person to make a sence so told him you lost another customer and went to coles where i bought it for $1 cheaper then what they were selling it for.

Horrible customer service, poor range. Went to the site to get a Red Bull sugar free, none on display (told they don't have), grabbed an alternative and went to pay with eftpos and ask for cash out, was refused the cash out (not store policy) and to use the ATM at the back of the store. Attendant was rude and not at all fussed by being not helpful. This is the second and last time i have received poor service from this store, would give 0 stars if I could.

Staff is very unfriendly. Not even greetings, no thank you, nothing. Just staring at you waiting for you to pay and leave. I am trying to avoid this fuel station.

Oh dear. Do not ever order their brand of donuts unless you're ready to lose a couple of teeth. Stale and tasteless. A better eye needs be kept on their used by times and discarded there after. I'd be embarrassed selling that product without better quality checks in place.

DO NOT USE THE CAR WASH!!!! Scratched my Audi A6 and my girlfriend Mazda CX30 - the car wash is tiny and the bristles run with force - just found out I wished I noticed it on mine before taking my girlfriend's car in. We live around the corner and will never use them again will also be chasing them to pay for the repairs. $160k with of cars damaged and one is even coated with ceramic coating. Unbelievable!

Turned up this morning at 5am to purchase a drink but the doors locked (fair enough i might have been a bit early for doors to be unlocked) walked up to the night serve window to see if i was able to come in and make my purchase. Staff member that was on was standing at the window watching YouTube and completely ignored me, i even tried speaking to him and he still continued to ignored me!
