Amazing customer service. I arrived 5 minutes before closing time on a Saturday and the staff assisted me (basically they did it all) in fitting a problematic set of roof racks.I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I especially want to single out Ryan who really helped me organise what roof system would work on my car and went out of his way to research it and get back to me with a plan. Terrible service and no knowledge outside of searching on their own website. I have a new popular car but because it didn't show up on his screen they offered me nothing. Absolutely useless even though I see plenty others driving around with what I want they gave no advice and offered no solutions.
