I made contact with this business via the website to book a service for my split system AC that is not working very well and I had guests coming to stay. The website claimed contact within an hour.Other than a system generated Email that claimed I would be contacted ASAP I have received nothing, No call back, no further emails, Nothing.After waiting 2 days I sent a further emails requesting contact, still nothing.NOT HAPPY at all.After receiving a response to my review confirming my booking was in the system and that my feedback would be passed on to the relevant Customer service team"
