Have been using this practice for over 11 years. The reception is amazing and waiting room has COVID safe plans in action.

Rude receptionist, lengthy delays of up to an hour waiting for arrogant, self absorbed doctors.Lack of professionalism. I had a regular doctor who left the surgery and nobody contacted me to let me know.

I found the doctor I had here was very kind and knowledgeable. I had an IUD removal and insertion done here and the procedure went very smoothly. The doctor and nurses did well to make me comfortable throughout the whole process.

Sent off an enquiry to make an appointment for my son. Was quite clear in my email that I have concerns for his mental health. Nothing. No return email, phone call, nothing. Useless, uncaring clinic.

I went with my mother to the doctor to get greater insight into my mothers condition, discuss my concerns about her medical issues and it’s impact on her mental capacity.The doctor made the process obtaining consent in order to be privy to my mothers medical information the right way, unclear and challenging. I respect that consent needs to be obtained the correct way and this is incredibly important which is why I emailed prior.I am worried as to why she made it so challenging and I don’t think it was in the best interest of my mothers health which is my largest concern.I found her demeanour very rude during the consult for example:I asked if she had prescribed any probiotics to build her gut flora (we had some but due to mum being frail I wanted to ensure it was not going to be bad for her) and rather answer the medical question she felt the need to explain that they do not need to be prescribed as it’s over the counter. I found this really patronising and taking away from the important point which was is it recommended.I understand she is my mothers practitioner and not mine but some conditions affect the whole family and children like to advocate when they can. I felt there was zero compassion, support and consideration of that.

A horrific experience caused by a name conflict, co-incidence and an unhelpful receptionist. Take your time to listen please, an unnecessary 2 hour trip and alot of heartache could have been avoided.

Went in to have a lump on my breast checked, couldn't find it the first time(my fault for mentioning where to look) get ultrasound, wait a week then contacted for follow up appointment, doctor has gone on holiday, thanks didn't say anything to me about going on holiday, feel quite frustrated now should i go get another ultrasound and get that mailed to another doctor? i'd have to get another referral first. Anyway seen doctor, they reckon its not a problem, if I get cancer proper later i'll point back to this comment as the point in time where something should have been done.

The best Dr I've ever had works here. I hope that he never moves away because I doubt I'll ever find another as good as him.

I followed my favourite Dr here after she moved clinics. The rest of the staff have generally been friendly and helpful.
