I don’t normally do long reviews but this is important to me. I am so pleased with my new apartment built by Level 33. I am just retired and this is to be my forever home. Since moving in, they have addressed every one of the small items or issues I have had within a week of my initial request. Mark has a team he leads. Mark is the one I deal with about the little things I notice that need attention. Mark and his team are all polite and respectful and have done an excellent job with each thing they have done for me. Mark has arranged for the kitchen people to come and fix two chips in the veneer and for the front door to be painted today after filling some chips in it on Tuesday. Everything that have promised to do, they have done in a timely fashion. They have also explained things in ways that don’t make me feel stupid. The apartment itself is gorgeous and stylish and exceeded my expectations when I first walked in. I still can’t believe how lucky I am and pleased that I researched the Level 33 company before I chose my new apartment. I highly recommend working with Level 33 and their partner in selling St Trinity (I have no affiliation with either company).

We bought our apartment in Kogarah Central around 2 years, we had some necessary repairs that needed to be done recently - the Level 33 team was professional and responsive in fixing what was needed and we are pleased with the outcome.

Their Customer service in attending maintenance requests and fixing issues with newly built apartments is absolutely appalling.We've had a broken sink for the past 2 months due to poor workmanship and they have been notified twice with repair notices and they have failed to call us or return any of our calls and emails.Very disappointing considering how highly they regard themselves you'd think they would have better standards.

***UPDATE 3/2/2023Panes of glass dropping from above balconies now. Don't threaten me over your building faults, installed by dodgy incompetent contractors, just face the music. The other apartments you've recently built around Wollongong NSW 2500 are gonna complain about your shocking handiwork, & need to apply for building insurance; better yet, complain to the Australian Building Code Commission & ACCC... disgusting you're still allowed to trade as building developers.**UPDATE 14/08/2021 - resident's of Vivid Apartments Wollongong, asked to report external windows falling out of their frames, from shoddy installation, incompetent contractors.(resident review June 2021)*** 41 Crown st 'Crown Apartments' Wollongong NSW 2500, just when I didn't think it could get any worse... this time they drag 'St Trinity's' partnership in. Hasn't aged well (2017), worse than Vivid apartments even though similiar construction date.This is not the only major building fault, but by far the worst. They build an external Hot Water Pump Room, with no roof fully exposed to rain & salty sea breeze... only 4 hot water tanks for 4 towers, so it's obnoxiously loud if you're on same side in Tower A & B, due to system being under constant excessive load, 24/7.All 3 drains on balcony concreted in, no functional drainage!So now it's 2/2 subpar Level 33 construction/development, & funny enough bring St Trinity's developers/group into the mix. I remember St Trinity signage on pillar, & seeing 'St Trinity's development' Office before it moved, plugging worked with Level 33 in shopfront window.High turnover of sales selling off apartments due to major building faults, so you can't blame the Coronavirus this time Karen, that excuse won't fly when 'It's too much for you Karen', when it comes to building development & construction.(Original 2018 - June 2021 resident review - not by choice).I rent 1 of your shoddy constructed Vivid apartments, 14-18 Auburn st Wollongong NSW 2500. I can confirm Karen C’s reveiw.I’ve also kept all correspondence of trades work & repairs, due to poor initial construction, do you know how to hang a door, finish built in wardrobes, or even use a level?! The utility supply company that inherited your system, I’ve had lengthy discussions with too... what the hell were you thinking, going against best trade advice having hot water go to a cupboard(s), then defeat purpose of gravity feed, lose pressure travel back again to each individual unit... get used to paying for hot water, that draws cold for first 5 minutes at fully open?!Laughing stock of all the tradies who have to correct your mistakes. Should rescind your builders licences, & back the owners to recover their building insurance.Many people are moving out of above mentioned apartments, real estates struggling to rent them out, & owners struggling to sell them off as a result. Well done, your reputation will proceed you. I’m a renter with eyes on the ground... & can prove all my claims against you.Goodluck ever getting another building contract.
