Michael is an incredibly professional and hard working registered builder. We live in a complex forested area with significant BAL rating requirements. With his wonderful work, we now have an extraordinary fully steel structure deck that will stand the test of time and elements. It is beautiful. Michael engages other high skilled trades people in his projects, all of whom share his professional and exacting nature. He is extremely hard working, to the point that we never felt anxious or concerned about the pace of the project - he is as efficient as can be and extremely communicative. In further testament to his character, I found Michael respectful and friendly, truly delightful to have around. We will definitely engage him for any future building projects.

In 2021 Michael and his team re-built our seperate guesthouse/cottage with a deck. They did such a professional job, always on time, quality finishes, great communication and excellent workmanship. They also have a close relationship with other local trades (electrician, plumbing etc), which kept the job on track. Highly recommend AOV Construction.

The team at AVO were fantastic. Michael was quick to quote and start work. Was an brilliant communicator, managing our expectations throughout the whole process, and made sure every trade thoroughly CLEANED up after themselves. He also insisted every trade remove their shoes when working inside to not dirty the floor. Construction was complete to a high standard. Highly recommend!!
