Clinpath Pathology Seaford Seaford Day & Night Clinic

I was waiting for blood tests to be done. The lady who was working at clinpath was rude, abrupt & disinterested. Short, one word questions & responses. I didn’t have a physical Medicare card on me so I said I can grab it from my phone. That was a bother for her because she had to type the number. When I mentioned my address had changed she snapped ‘what’ back at me & I said my address had changed & I would be fixing it up. That was also a bother. There was no energy to the customer service, no enthusiasm or even ANY conversation during the blood draw. For people in situations who feel uncomfortable with blood tests, i would think you’d have a staff member on with better people skills than what I received this morning.

Very professional and kind. Didn’t have to wait long.

Had a blood test at Clinpath Seaford today. I have to say the staff member who attended me was professional, efficient while also being personable and friendly. The whole process was seamless and I was at ease and confident that everything was done flawlessly. Excellent and thanks.
