Need a solution to fix the lock. I called multiple times with a promise to get back to me in vain. Emailed. After few weeks an answer came that this is the US and they will reroute to Australia. A month has passed and again no response! Please do yourself a favour and stay away as the service and solution is horrible!

Thoughtless and no care taken in assisting with orders and complete lack of respect from managerial staff. Should there be other options from herein they will be taken without hesitation.
