The lady who served me yesterday was condescending and made me feel like I was in there for something for nothing when all I wanted was advice. As the only lighting shop in our area I think you need to address her attitude

I went to this store on several occasions and it was always devoid of customers. I know why. I found the female staff to be condescending, rude and unhelpful. They didn't know anything about the products they were selling and just kept repeating ask an electrician" or even worse - to ask my partner!I won't be purchasing anything here again and think it reflects badly on the Project Lighting brand. They definitely need some customer service and product knowledge training."
