Had three aircon units installed 14 months ago by Voltora Industries. Wouldn't recommend them as one unit completely fell off the external wall two days ago as it was not mounted to the stud instead nailed into trimming...Rang Voltora to have this fixed and assess whether the unit was damaged and was told by Jess that the 12 month warranty was over and that I would need to pay to have them come fix their poor workmanship. The customer service received from Jess made me very upset and I was only able to organise for them to come out free of charge after asking for it to be raised with someone else and then having to make multiple further phone calls.Really upset with the work completed. Only choose Voltora based on the good reviews I saw online so hopefully this helps someone else.

We are very happy to be able to recommend without reservation Voltora Industries to anyone who needs electrical services. We give the services we have received from the company a rating 5 out of 5 because of excellent outcomes of the professional works done by the technical team led by Phillip and assisted by Mitchell as well as the efficient support from the customer service team.Recently we have 5 ceiling fans with lights installed; one was a replacement task, 4 were changing ceiling lights to ceiling fans with lights. There were 2 more minor jobs of repairing a ceiling light and a socket.All the tasks have been completed at a very high professional standard and in amazingly clean manners. The end results are extremely effective and impressing. Phillip and Mitchell are very polite and easy to communicate with. Phillip is also remarkably patient in providing and explaining all options and possible consequences to us. He is willing to share his experience and views, which helps us make our decisions. All in all, this pleasant and successful experience has also led us to extend the current project to its second stage. We are looking forward to their return for more installation works in the near future.Indeed Phillip and Mitchell returned to help us install 2 more 60 inches ceiling fans with light and 2 down lights. VOlTORA INDUSTRIES ..SCAM. I quote for one split units service on my launch room and the other split unit broken but VOLTORA INDUSTRIES went on created a fudge quote through my wife for broken units, saying they had look at and I have to pay for while nothing being fixed on. When this addressed after a call out but they refused to do anything about it and want us to payout. Do not use!!! They charged our for a service that they NEVER completed, done but claimed. What a disgusting excuse for a business. DO NOT RISK IT!!

Had two lovely blokes attend the property I am renting today and they were extremely polite and made sure I knew what was going on and how to work things and did not leave until it was all fixed! The admin girls are always accommodating with appointment times when I am unable to be at the property. 100% recommend to home owners & property managers!

I needed an electrician as my power had gone off and I phoned Voltora Industries, as I have used them in the past. They came out within an hour and repaired the problem straight away. I couldn’t be happier with their professional service.

I would highly recommend Voltora Industries. They have installed two air conditioners for us; one 5 years ago and one just recently. They have also attended for yearly servicing. I have always found the team to be very courteous, most helpful, reliable and extremely professional. They are fantastic too with communication - from confirming the booking, to receiving a text to let you know when the team are on their way. We will definitely keep using their service.

We have used Voltora Industries a few times now. First to install our new air conditioners and now to have them cleaned a year later. Everyone I have come in contact with from the receptionist to the installer have been amazing. Very informative, professional , friendly and punctual . My husband and I have been very happy with the services they have provided.
