I ordered the new kids meal for my daughter,She doesn't like bones at allSo I ordered her the boneless chicken with the kids mealI got home to find they put wings in and they didn't tell me about the change I called them up and it's seemed like a hassle to get my order fixed. Once my partner came back from getting my daughter her correct dinner. I opened the box and it's was just incredibly spicy. So they gave my daughter very spicy boneless chicken pieces which she couldn't eat. So she ended up having toast for dinner because she was just over all of it

I ordered wings they came wrong I called the store to complain and I was told to put in a complaint he doesn't care nothing would happen. He said I ordered the wrong wings which I order multiple times a month I know I didn't order the wrong wings but after I showed and argued he said the ones I ordered where out of stock so he sent the ones I got (wrong wings) the staff are extremly rude and all need to lose their jobs.

Was my go to place for a quick pizza but their quality has taken a big belly flop. I ordered a large vegetarian plus prawns and it came with only 1 tiny prawn on the whole pizza with it's shell still on. Better to go a little further to What's Up Kebabs or the Kebab place nearby.

Tan is not friendly and he usually made mistakes to my orders! Sometimes I don’t get the pizza stuffed as requested then say sorry!!Also he is the only one asking for money for 1 tomato sauce! All other stuff are more friendly and generous!

Ordered a meatlovers, which was missing the bacon and had barely any meat. It looked like a cheese pizza. Ordered a chicken supreme, which didn't have any chicken. If I opened the box instore I would not have paid and accepted it. Worst, most miserable stingy pizza I have seen. I filed a complaint to head office. They sent an email back apologising. They offered me store credit for 2 pizzas and to show the store the email next time.I went the next night, showed the manager the email from head office, but he refused to accept it. He said to call head office. He was so rude and arrogant. All the staff. Worst customer service I've experienced. I showed him photos of the pizza and he said it's a Tuesday, what do you expect. Disgraceful. Will never order here again. Reading other reviews, I'm not the only unhappy customer. I was still hungry so I ordered Dominoes Revesby which was cooked to perfection.Avoid Bankstown Pizza Hut at all costs. Terrible food, terrible customer service.

Missing Pizza.So I called and they said driver had left it there so I waited half hour n called 5 times n just kept getting my call hanged up until i used another phone number to ask what's happening about my pizza and then they hang up.I then had to go get myself while they just tried lying straight my face until they admitted they did wrong, and I then had to wait another 15mins to cook a fresh one which was a waste of time because it had been 1 and half hours later after we ordered them.DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY DIDN'T APOLOGISE, JUST BLAMED THE DELIVERY DRIVER.

Worst pizza experience I have ever had. Their large pizza is smaller than the medium ones compared to other shops. And taste!! Terrible in a single word. The pizza was severely under-cooked and we were able to literally feel the solid cheese inside mouth. The bread is super thick to hold the least amount of toppings possible. It felt more like a roti topped with sauce curry, nothing else. I was barely able to spot any chicken in the toppings, just bunch of onions and lots lots of sauce. Not only in Australia, I have never experienced a pizza so terrible in my entire life. I have also tested pizza hut in other countries, but this was the worst on a different level.The staff members were super rude and their expressions felt like customers are unwanted hassle. There is hardly anyone coming to the reception, just gossiping back in the kitchen.I wish I could give a zero star rating . Will never ever go back to this place.

I love Pizza Hut always have, especially thin n crispy cheese lovers it’s always spot on. But what I do hate is spicy food and I didn’t know seasoned chicken wings meant it’s spicy (apparently all chicken are spicy these days). Other than that I ordered chicken wings tonight along with my cheese pizza. Chicken under cooked very red on the inside and the store happily replaced them with no dramas so thank you. But I didn’t eat them because they were spicy so my housemate enjoyed them. I’ll just stick with the pizza from now on.
