Xavier and his team did a great job with my hair. It was very patchy from colour touch ups done at another salon but Xavier was able to fix it completely in one go! The end result was exactly what I wanted. His team is very meticulous and skilled. Highly recommend Feather Factor Studio :)

I first discovered Feather Factor Studio late 2022 and I have been a regular customer since! I have been to many different hair salons in the past and Xavier really stood out to me as one of the most knowledgeable, understanding and approachable hairdressers in Sydney! Every time I visit him, he takes the time to understand my needs and asks what 'problem' I have with my hair. asks questions to help troubleshoot and find a solution. The end result is always very satisfying and I come walking out as a very happy customer. He has a small team, salon is always very clean, chairs are comfy and prices are reasonable. I have already recommended FFS to my family and friends and they are all very impressed by Xavier's skills. Thank you so much Xavier and to the team!

As a 7 years customer, Xavier is the man that will never let you down. He will give most honest suggestions on your hairstyle and it always work out. He does not only consider how you will look like after you walk out the salon but also how you will look like after months! I’ve been delaying in posting this review as I don’t want him to be to popular, so it will be harder for me to make next appointment with him lol.
