EB Games - Mildura

A lot has changed but my heart for this place is still the same since I was young I'd come and buy games from here the team members are amazing and are great in doing there jobs the best they can. Definitely worth checking the games out here. Yes some games are expensive but it's in a plaza where the bills and stuff are expensive also.

Friendly service they even know my voice on the phone haha but can help you with all your Gaming needs and gaming accessories.

Terrible service, Requested a refund of $150 and was told that it had been approved, Its been a few years and i'm still waiting for my refund to hit my bank. I had spoken to the manager at that time who was incredibly rude and condescending. I had gone to the extent of showing bank statements at the time showing i had not received any refund. While i understand things get lost in the system from time to time. The level of service provided to me became an absolute joke from the rude Canadian manager. I had spoken with the new manager and it appears that on the system its been signed off as refunded but as previously stated no refund was ever received or ever will be by the looks of it. Great new manager but very disappointing service from EB Games and wont be going back there.

Great Service, many great experiences here. The website is also very helpful as there is a feature that can check if the product you want is in stock at your nearest shop.

I always shop at EB when I can, the staff is friendly, always help me and are lovely to talk to but today they've gone above and beyond. I purchased a copy of Diablo 3 Eternal edition preowned which wasn't working on my ps4, when I went instore for help they went above and beyond for me and I can't thank them enough.

Went to this store earlier today to purchase the Nintendo Switch and i have to say, Allan if im not wrong, was really friendly an helpful. We need more people like him when it comes to Retail <3

Poor pricing EB Games! Went to purchase Pokémon Ultra Moon for DS and tried selling a second hand one for $54 when you can buy it brand new a few shops down at JB HIFI for $49. EB Games are always overpriced and can buy pretty much everything cheaper at another store. Time to change your ways!
