Paid extra to go large for my Big Mac meal, also got a happy meal with apple slices for my son. When I got home I noticed my fries were barely half full and they didn’t put the apple slices in the happy meal!

Disgusting. Was given half our order which included icecream and hot food then was sent to the waiting bay for nearly 30 minutes to wait for the rest of our order which never arrived even after checking at the window twice. I was told sorry the drive thru is busy" yeah you literally just made it two lanes so it can get that busy. Go to another McDonald's if you can this one is the worst."

Ordered here from uber eats, got a happy meal that didn’t include a toy or the happy meal box, chicken deluxe was missing the bacon and extra cheese I payed for. This is the second time they have not included my bacon. Very unhappy with their service!Update- my chocolate muffin is burnt and doesn’t taste that nice.

Most Maccas are pretty good with the odd bad experience. This is the only one I’ve visited with consistently bad experiences.There are always plenty of staff working, but orders take upwards of 10 mins, and the order will never be right.To the Maccas overlords, there is a lack of management and organisation at this Maccas. While there is enough staff, they don’t know what to do or how to do it efficiently. Staff should received better training and guidance.I wouldn’t waste your time here, because like a drunk date who promises to rock your world, it will almost always be disappointing and leave you wondering if your desperation was truly worth it.

The orders get mixed up so much. I ordered a happy meal with cheeseburger with rasher bacon. And guess what the bacon wasn't right didn't even get the vanilla coke or the happy meal toy.

went order drive thru for chicken nuggets got back home open it shocking see all burn 24 nuggets waste my time and rob my money plus fuel.that worker serve this shouldn't be working at maccas next time i'm going sue them n get lawyers or bash heads

The staff are consistently getting the orders wrong, I'm starting to thing theyre doing it on purpose because it happens nearly every second time.The only positive I will say is tonight's manager by the name of Hamilton who was very pleasant to deal with and she even personally fixed my order, big kudos.

Not happy with the service I received today. I ordered a large meal when I received my meal the chips were undercooked and my burger was cold,When I took it back up to get re made the crew was extremely rude and the manager did nothing about it. One of the crew members just dumped the fries back in the oil and left it like that and served it to me. They refused to remake my burger and after about 15 mins I finally receive my burger while everything was cold.

Ordered 6 items total, had to go back to return 3 of them due to being incorrect, then the items I did get had very stale bread.. made it hard to eat, but I'm no quitter so I powered through the meal and live with regret every day.
