Inna Essence
Taking control of my well-being was the best decision I've made, and it all started with joining Inna Essence! I was intimidated by the thought of taking up Pilates, having been more accustomed to the gym. Anna, Andrea, the instructors, and other members have created a welcoming and thriving environment where everyone can come together to learn, grow and find strength. It's given me a newfound strength and balance that I'm so proud of! Offering a variety of classes for every day of the week! There are many Pilates and Yoga studios around, but none compare to this beautiful studio!

I have been going to Inna Essence for 2 years now. Amazing group of ladies and the classes are fantastic. I am so much stronger after doing Pilates and yoga. I would highly recommend this fun, supportive, welcoming space to exercise and have a blast with fabulous people.

The best studio ever!!! I started my Pilates life at Inna Essence since the end of last year. I am a member of Inna Essence as well as a Pilate instructor learner. Andrea and Anna impressed me with their professionalism of Pilates at the first place. And their kindness and their warm smiles make feel like home. Everyone in our community is sweet and friendly. I have definitely built up my confidence and gained proffessional knowledge here. I really appreciate the support and opportunities I received from all members and instructors at Inna Essence. I'm so blessed to have found you:)

The ladies at Inna Essence are passionate and care for every member. I have had many injuries and the beautiful instructors have always supported me with exercises to help stretch and strengthen areas to get me back on track. I love walking into the beautifully decorated and welcoming studio at 5am to start my day.Thanks team!

Joined the barre Pilates for the first time and was welcomed to the studio by the friendly owners Anna and Andrea. They were so friendly and lovely.For the class itself, the instructor Renee was so welcoming and attentive to each and every individual in the room. It was a child friendly class so it’s such a gem to find this 4 months post partum. It is a child friendly environment where you get to exercise, meet people, have baby play dates or simply enjoy time to yourself out and about.In Inna Essence, I felt not just entering into a yoga studio but also a community where everyone is inclusive and welcomed. Based on my first experience I joined the membership right away

Love love this studio! I have been going faithfully 3 to 4 times a week since March 2023 and enjoying all my sessions. Have never been consistent in any exercise membership but this place is so different having different classes. Each class is never the same and thus not ever boring.Members are all friendly and sweet and always feel welcome.Every instructor provide and deliver informative and specific instructions and will make the effort to customise the session to each member's strengths/weaknesses or injury.Even the app is super user friendly and booking of sessions quick and easy.Can't recommend Inna Essence enough. Thanks to Anna and Andrea and all the instructors for making me feeling fit, healthy and happy (even enjoying my muscle soreness!)Grateful Wei

I have just recently commenced my journey at Inna Essence. I am so glad I have found this beautiful community - a warm, friendly and non-judgemental place with with all ages and genders, to finally begin to take better care of my body and mind. The studio is super cozy and the teachers are the most kind and nice you could ever have! They have many different classes and all of them are great! Would highly recommend Inna Essence if you want to feel like at home and practise ioga or pilates in many different styles!

I joined a week ago and have already done 5 classes. The team at Inna Essence are wonderful. Instructors have been great and have ensured that as a newbie, I’m comfortable and doing the positions correctly. The studios has a wonderful feel and I met Andrea (one of the owners) and she made me feel so welcome. I’ve been looking for a studio that offers Pilates and Yoga for a while now and am really looking forward to continuing this journey at this beautiful studio. So easy to book classes through the app too!

From the very first class I attended, the Inna Essence team have gone above and beyond to welcome me into their beautiful community. It's refreshing to receive such personalised attention in order to ensure that I'm getting the most out of my practice, and lovely to see that everyone knows each other by name.
