They really know their stuff about pools. This is my first year owning a pool so I've really appreciated the learning experience and these guys made it easy.

We have been coming to your store for years. I would happily give 5 stars to the team in Deception Bay. However your pool technician Matt, was absolutely rude today.We fully understand that our pool is old and could do with an update. But the point of today's call out was to provide a service, not judgements on our abilities to maintain a pool!!! We are not pool experts! Also, it rained today so of course the PH levels and chemicals are gonna be out of whack. Therefore asking someone who is a pool maintenance virgin about the timing of who what where and when is gonna waste time. The judgements from Matt were atrocious. And the amount of times I had to say that my husband (who maintains the pool) is at work!!!And the amount of times I asked Matt to just clean the pool. His reply...well it's gonna cost ya!!Of course it is!!!Then when I said how much. His reply...well I don't know yet! Followed up with, can you get your husband on the phone. Is this normal? Then when I ask Matt what is exactly the problem, will he be cleaning the pool today...He just said he's leaving. Call the office

Always friendly but more importantly, know what they are talking about and don't push unneccesary products on you.

Trevor is the most obliging, polite and knowledgeable pool technician we have dealt with. Nothing is too much trouble for him plus his ability to assist getting your pool to its best is greatly appreciated. Also holds a great range of pool products.

Great staff, know their stuff when it comes to pools. The display centre is fantastic & gives great ideas when it comes to building a new pool or renovating it.
