Poor service and very rude. They (Sharon) got my order wrong and then claimed they didnt hear. We talked about the order. Old bat at the counter reconfirmed the order and then backed out later. This all after waiting 10 minutes. The younger girl was fine and polite.

I have NEVER felt so humiliated and discriminated against for being a Female Truck Driver as I have today at this Truck stop.Stopped in after an overnight trip from Gippsland, Victoria to have a shower and to get changed . As a Truck driver I went to use the Truck driver facilities only to find they don’t have seperate female shower facilities or Female change rooms. So I had to get changed in the female toilets in the common area. When I mentioned it to the person behind the counter, he was rude and condescending and said that those facilities are unisex, it’s a male dominated Industry and I should just live with it. I felt so humiliated and discriminated against.They have 7 shower rooms why can’t they dedicate one for female drivers.I know it’s a male dominated industry but there is more an more Female Truck drivers out there. They have separate female toilets in the Public restroom why can’t they do it in the Truck driver’s dedicated area.

We stopped to eat, we chose two chicken schnitzel burger, it was truly disgusting.The chicken was undercooked we spent $23.40 to eat nothing.We had to throw it away.I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I never leave reviews but today I am absolutely disgusted in the customer service today from the older lady her name is ZOA . She is really rude and no sense to talk with customers . Firstly I ask for cigarettes and she said if you are use phone I will not serve you and then she said put your phone in pocket then talk to me , after I ask for cigarettes bond street 20 she said I don’t have and I asked again she replied I have 25 you want or no with very rude words , absolutely poor service and really rude , I’m truck drive and I always fill fuel from hear but next time I will not come to this fuel station coz it happed 3 times from same personHer name is ZOA

Hi! My husband used to go there as he do stop on his way. Every time he been there, he wait there too long just to have a single coffee or any veggie burger. Once he wait 30 minutes n still staff was holding pattie in her hands to cook. The staff is really careless. Staff just gossip to each other n don’t pay attention to do their jobs. Worst service at cafe.

We have been here many times on the way home to Canberra and we can’t fault the place. The staff at the roadhouse counter are lovely to speak to and are super friendly. The food is fresh and hot and there’s a good selection of hot and cold food. There’s also Subway and Hungry Jacks so everyone gets a choice. Keep up the good work!

Pump didn't work, staff too lazy to man registers to activate or check why not working. Trip planning will ensure we never return to southbound servo. Think with the amount of time you have spent referring bad reviews to manager and nothing gets better, it must be time for new manager.

Well maintained service station with lovely staff. It has clean amenities and power point stations for your electronic devices

A great place to stop for truckies. If your travelling north or south there is a stop either side with off and on ramps to freeway. Plenty of Bowser's to fill up with add blue as well. Both have a lot of food options and plenty of parking for cars and trucks. Also have ev charging banks here too.
