What a fantastic North Queensland company , customer satisfaction is top of the companies priority list .From the initial sale to warranty claim we were in communication at all times even when they were on annual leave for the Xmas shutdown .On Return from holidays I was promptly booked into Dometic service at Varsity lakes who again I couldn't fault ,With their team and knowledge of the product ,the item was quickly repaired and I was back on the road again .I wish other companies would take a leaf out of their book and start giving priority to customer satisfaction .Thanks to Chris ,John at Jayco and Danny and Team at Dometic.Cheers

We lost a window from the beak of our motor home between Rocky and MacKay, called Jayco who said to call in. Amazing service, window replaced with a second-hand one in no time. Lovely people working here. Thanks so much Glen and the team. You are champions!

Bought a slightly used jayco 17.55 all terrain from Matt at jayco mackay, we had to travel down from Cairns to pick it up less than a week later ( with extras being fitted to the van in that week).What a great experience dealing with these guys, Ross the handover man and salesman Matt were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble. A couple of minor things were fixed on the spot and we were on our way. Extremely happy with the service.

We were travelling up north and had an issue with our door on our 12ft StarCraft. We phoned ahead and spoke to Liam who could not have been more helpful. He told us to drop in on the way and they would look at it for us, which they did! All fixed! We have had to call in here before on a trip and have always experienced such lovely helpful staff.

We are travelling from WA and going through Makay currently ON Our way to Longreach. What is a minor issue to some is a considerable issue to us. We are having issues with the struts in our pop top. With 2 months left to go on our trip, a risk of back injury is imminent. After consulting with WA on 2 occasions, we were directed to Melbourne head office where, presumably, they would be able to direct us in possibly getting the struts replaced in one of the Jatco dealers on our travels. No, not the case. Stonewalled and met with a blanket, we can't help you
