Defuse is a really beautiful studio and I’m so excited that we finally have something like this in our area. There really is nothing else like it! The equipment and facilities are beautiful, and Erin and the team make everyone feel so welcome.

I love everything about Defuse. The classes are great especially the Reformer classes. I have done a class with most of the instructors and they are all knowledgeable and work with you and your level of experience. So great to have this kind of gym in Penrith!

It takes a lot for me to join a gym, and has been over a decade since I have… I’m glad I chose Defuse! it is such a beautiful space and I am loving Reformer Pilates! The trainers are amazing and is perfect even for someone like me who hasnt done any form of training in a long time.

From the moment I stepped into Defuse I knew I’d found my 2nd home. Erin, Ivana and Mihaela have made me feel so comfortable considering it’s my first venture into the world of Pilates and Yoga. Defuse is warm, inviting and fun! Would highly recommend to anyone to join

Defuse is the place to be!! I had never done reformer before defuse and after one class I fell in love. All of the instructors are so knowledgeable, supportive and very welcoming. So happy to have found this place close to home and I would highly recommend defuse.
