I ordered item with wrong color and bring here to exchange. The lady told me that they ran out of the color I want, but obviously I still can be able to order click and collect from their website. After choose something else and go to final step she told me that I cannot exchange it because I pay by after pay so I cannot.Okay so why can I be able to do that in the same store located in Chermside?Well, I highly recommend you guys go Chermside store instead of Garden City. Staff attitude better in Chermside too lolll.
