Just like others my wife spent hours here. Fortunately they have two seats at the front to keep my kids separately seated. The shop's decor and layout at Pac fair were captivating as were the dresses. Vanessa and Charlie who served us both had exceptional customer service.

No matter which store you visit the staff are fantastic, the clothes are beautiful and the experience is awesome. Love it

Made to wait 10 minutes for assistance with my partner, whilst the 2 staff did the register and put clothing back on the wall.Never have any issues at the Indro store and the actual clothing line is great. This store just really let us down.

I have only been in here twice and I must say I have had such a fabulous time both times. The staff are open and welcoming, easy to have a good laugh with and very fashionably dressed. I have spent over $700 in this store and I don’t regret a single cent. Thank you for being so lovely.

Well just lost the wife in here after lunch. Absolutely beautiful clothing in this store. Customer service ounces as we entered and were quite happy to let her browse without being rude as such. Thanks guys for welcoming us into your store. Cheers big ears

We usually go to the one at Indooroopilly and it’s amazing service. Unfortunately it was not the case at the Pacific Fair store. There were three ladies on and one staff member was doing nothing. I was in the change room trying on a corset and my partner went and got a lady to help. Was told no problem I will be there in one minute. 10 minutes later I finally had some help. I am usually a size 14 in corsets and was told it’s not going to fit need the bigger size. Which was odd when I could see it was going to. We tried the 16 and the lady said it fitted perfectly, I could see and felt it was too big. The staff are clueless here and don’t care about customer service. They missed out on a $400 sale from me.
