We were so impressed by Fred.We needed a pink slip and Fred was so knowledgeable and professional.He was one of the only businesses open between Christmas and New Year and we have now found a new service centre for our cars .Thank you Fred … outstanding!

New to the area so don't know any mechanics. I booked in my car for a blueslip with Fred and was stunningly surprised at how good the service was. Fred went above and beyond and is an actual top bloke overall. Have found my new mechanic. 11/10

Sam is such an AWESOME and kind person. I met him for the first time the other week so he could help me get a blue slip for my BMW. He genuinely cares about his customers and had such a warm and kind vibe about him. I had returned back the same day to get his help with screwing on my number plates, he happily agreed to do that for me as I had no screws for it and even helped after 5pm! I tried to pay him something for his time but he refused to charge me. This guy is very HONEST and I will be giving him a lot of business from now on because I trust and respect him a lot. Thanks Sam, never change mate. You're the best.

I called him 5 mins before close because I need a pink sleep. Sam was extremely honest and upfront about what needed to be done on my car, he put some screw extra without extra charge .He took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand and didn't try to push any unnecessary repairs. The service was excellent and the work was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of car repairs. They truly value customer satisfaction and it shows in the quality of their work but the best thing about him was how honest he was and how nice he was.Highly recommended.

The owner Sam is really a nice guy. I got a Ford falcon. The defect notice is just a mirror , but the officer issued full inspection. I was worried. But Sam helped me, he inspected my car. He even called RTA to confirm, because it written minor defect on the ticket but they still issued full inspection at AUVIS. I don't think other mechanic will take care you like this. It will be hard to find another mechanic like Sam.

Got a quote for a standard car service for my Mazda 3. The mechanician told me it’s around 250 but I ended up paying over 600 for things I didn’t really ask for. I am okay with the service but the way you doing business is dodgy and dishonest.

Fred has been helping my husband and I for the last few years with our Toyota Kluger and Series 3 BMW. We have found Fred to be friendly and extremely helpful. His services are reasonably priced and we have always been very satisfied with the quality of Fred's work. Last week we needed an urgent Pink Slip. This was no problem for Fred. He attended to our car while we waited and made the whole thing completely stress free. As general customer service seems to become worse and worse, it is so refreshing to work with someone who both does a good job and cares for his customers. We can highly recommend Fred and Sams Automotive.

I took my car for service, and to fix some issues with it, the car was overheating all the time and no one could find the problem, but I got there and fortunately they know really well European and Japanese cars so they fixed everything and my car is going really good now, I recommend it 100 %

Fred got me in at the last-minute for a pre purchase inspection. This guy is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is an absolute hard working honest bloke. Dont hesitate to make use of Freds service as you will not be disappointed.
