I went to get my screen it was damage.. on the 8th October.. They said they will fixe it .. it is now 17th November an they say there is no damage on the screen pause there where scratches on the frame as well .. they said it is ready to be picked up .. an they haven’t fixed it they are saying there is nothing wrong with it .. when there is creases in the screen.. worst company I’ve ever dealt with !!

The customer service was atrocious!!! The lady at the warehouse spoke to us like we where stupid and she was extremely unhelpful and rude. The quality of the product was very disappointing too not the same as the showroom. They over charged for the reveal don’t go with this business you will regret it!!!

Thank you Gem and the Team at Prestons Warehouse. Their premade windows and doors solved my problem. I went to Preston warehouse at 8am, within an hour I got 6 windows and 2 doors ready with reveal fitted. High quality, reasonable price and great customer serviceIf you don't have time to wait. go to Gem at Prestons.

To be frank. The admin staffs where I placed the order in Alexandria is getting 3 stars. The staffs where dillydallying my order (was promised before Xmas).Therefore, i follow up my order via the CastleHill warehouse. The admin mr Austin was being a sport to apologise & gave me a SPECIFIC pickup date. Was in Prestons warehouse to pick them windows up. The amount of mountainous works, I would understand if they are super busy.

I placed a big order in GEM in Mulgrave with Amira who has a great knowledge about the products. I went to Preston (factory) after 2 hrs from placing my order and everything was ready for me to pick-up and the customer service was fantasticI give this company 5 stars for great organisation and amazing customer serviceHighly recommended
