It all started when I moved into my property. I never realised the things you CAN’T see would cause so much anguish.Within 2 weeks I had no hot water, blocked drains and I noticed a roof leak from all the rain we’ve been getting. I spent the next 5 days searching google, calling plumbers, organising times for them to inspect while juggling work and being generally unhappy with the service I had received. I had contacted 8 companies by this point and IF they turned up on time or sometimes even at all I was told that I had major plumbing issues. I was being quoted an exorbitant amount of money and found the “free” quotes were even more expensive. I retrospectively realised that I was being taken advantage of because I don’t know the first thing about plumbingOn Sunday morning I was at my local coffee shop waiting in line when I noticed the man in front of me was wearing a plumbing shirt; feeling defeated and just about losing all hope I decided to ask him to inspect my plumbing issues as I only live a few doors down, he agreed.The lovely young man’s name was James and he had just come from church. The service he provided me was tremendous. He explained to me in depth what the issues were and how to rectify them.Within 1 hour my pipes were unblocked. Which was perfect timing because my coffee had just kicked in.Within 2 hours my roof leak was fixed for $300 whereas I was quoted by 3 other companies around the $2000 mark.Within 3 hours I had hot water, only needing a service yet I was told by 5 other companies that I needed a replacement and it was going to cost thousands.There is no higher praise I can give to the team at 24/7 Emergency plumbers Australia.
