Clean Getaway Car Wash

Disgusting got conned $15.50 for manual self cleaning of car for only 5min using credit card. Couldn’t even cancel like advised on the machine. We like others tried calling the service number and it’s disconnected!!!

Charged $15.50 instead of $5.50 like advertised for self service when using credit card. Avoid.

Standard carwash place.The auto car wash is pretty good too. Sometimes you'll get a bit of a line, but that's to be expected on a Sunday morning.

It was my first time so the attendant showed me how to use it.The whole experience was easy and it did a good job.

Did a decent wash however they way it charges you doesn’t make it clear how much it is costing. Cost $45 to wash a normal sized car.

Charged over $15 on my card for use of the self-cleaning services for only 7 minutes. Noticed this charge as soon as I tapped my card, pressed stop on the card machine like it advised, assuming it would only charge me the $5 + 50c surcharge. Tried calling the phone number listed but it is disconnected, how convenient. Never returning to this Car Wash, and if you do, bring cash!

Edit: Beware of using your debit/credit card here for payments, I’ve recently noticed double charges ($15.50 + charge for timing i used). This is despite having pushed the stop button and ensuring the service is over when using the machines. Fix your machines or risk patrons not returning. Other reviewers seem to also have the same issue.Fuss free place to wash our cars at. Has both the auto touchless and self service car wash with sufficient washing bays to accommodate multiple people at once. Has extra bays for drying cars at and vacuuming interior, and also a vending machine for car scents and misc. car related stuff.

I’ve been coming here for years using both the touch free and standardDIY booths.Never had a problem until they added the ceramic coating option in the auto wash. I didn’t even want to use it as my car is ceramic coated and has partial PPF but the button didn’t work for the premium wash and I had no choice but to use the ceramic coat option. As I said, never had a problem before but this time it damaged the decals on the side of my car and basically ripped them off to the point I’ll have to pay about $300 to replaceThem….. NOTHAPPY JAN….
