I have been having connection issues for 5 days now ! I called and was told someone will give me updates and Lo behold nothing ! There is no after hours number and now my work is greatly impacted. Consumer ombudsman will be hearing from me soon

I organised an internet connection for my elderly mom with Alpha and it was handled very promptly. I sent the request the day before and my mom’s internet was up and running by lunch time. It would have been sooner but when they rang I was not at my mom’s place and I had to call them back. Kym was very patient and helped me setup mom’s Wi-Fi modem. I highly recommend Alpha and Kym did a fantastic job helping us.
