Mint Events Collective

Simone, Ben and staff went above and beyond at our recent wedding. Their service was outstanding and they are such lovely people where nothing is too much. Mint Events Collective served drinks from their caravan bar, supplied the furniture/decorations for the ceremony and reception, helped with the wedding planning and the best part was Simone was the event coordinator on the day which made it stress free and so enjoyable!! They really are a one stop wedding/events shop, no need to look anywhere else. You will not be disappointed with their amazing service and fair pricing. Highly recommend this fantastic business. Quite disappointed with mint events.As you can see by our photos the set up itself was not to their usual standard. They did not put in as much effort with decor, as I have seen at other weddings and events and on their Instagram pictures/website.I was invoiced for a water and juice station and tea/coffee but only had water included.I was originally charged a $100 glassware deposit, when i queried this after the wedding I was told it had been removed from my invoice and I was not charged the deposit. When I double checked as I had not seen the price change to reflect this, the deposit had in fact been removed but our travel fee had been increased.Although I didn't have much interaction with the bar staff on the night and Siobhan was polite to myself and my husband, I have had so many complaints from my bridal party and some guests in relation to the customer service. Many explained they were spoken down too, spoken to in a tone that was quite rude and aggressive and mentioned they were not helpful or friendly at all. The bridal party were told to get there own drinks, even though I had payed for mint events to serve them and when asked for more plastic cups they were told you have reached your cup quota for the night".Due to these complaints and my confusion
