I had my hair cut by Jess today at the Valley salon. I accidentally came 20minutes early to my appointment but she gave me such a warm welcome and started me straight away. Such a beautiful person, very professional but still can have a good laugh. My hair looks amazing and exactly what I wanted before the New Year :) already rebooked for my colour !Finally have a salon and a hair stylist.

Bec is the heart and soul of Kiki Hair Salon. Not only does she have the most uplifting and vibrant energy, she also is incredibly gifted at what she does. I was nervous about getting extensions in for the first time and she took the time to walk me through the process and explain how the colour science worked. The colour match to the extensions was absolutely perfect. Super under appreciated hairdresser, she deserves only good things to come her way <3

Already can see the stressful process down the road. I received a few confirmation messages to confirm my appointment today however, prior to i received a message that informed me my appointment has been cancelled ( reading through the reviews i can see that there is a history of this) and the salon will be closed today. When asked about rescheduling my appointment the admin was very flip floppy" and ambiguous about when another appointment ( even with another hair stylist) would be available. This left me feeling like i was left out to dry and i could see the future back and forth with this salon. I decided to cut my losses with just the $189.90 deposit compared to an x amount of time wasted/headache and x amount of additional costing. Did not make in to the salon but I feel the frustration."

I had a full head of extensions put in at Kiki Hair about 5 weeks ago and they are amazing. Michelle is fantastic! She was super patient with all of my questions as I have never had extensions before. When a couple came out the following week (my fault- not theirs), I came back in and they put them straight back in for me free of charge. Highly recommend Kiki Hair, the quality of the hair is great as are the staff! Don't think I can ever go back to not having extensions anymore.

The hair quality is great however the colours vary. This is the second time I’ve bought extensions from Kiki both times I selected the same colour. This second set was very different from the first and had an almost green tinge. I will exchange for a different colour and hope for the best. I think it’s a little rich charging $30 for an exchange when it’s so difficult to choose colours from photos and the fact that the extensions are different every time. I paid over $300 for the extensions and am paying return postage. The $30 fee is beyond ridiculous especially if the set I receive next isn’t right either.

Kiki hair extensions are amazing! I bought a 20” halo extension - the customer service team were more than happy to assist me in buying the right colour and were so quick in their responses! The hair itself is really great quality, I’m literally obsessed! ❤️

I love how my hair looks so natural. Kiki has the best quality hair Extensions and I am always very happy. The stylists are great at bead extensions and very friendly too. To think you don’t have to break your bank for this. Highly recommend.

This is literally the 7th or 8th google review I’ve ever written in my life. I never feel the need unless a product/service is outstanding or absolutely horrible. Unfortunately, I am sitting here writing this whole sobbing.I received my deluxe pony from Kiki a couple days ago. Today, I wore it for the first time. I am NOT an extension newbie, I’ve worn them my entire life. This was not human error. The wefts where the hair was sewed to the ponytail started snapping randomly and BREAKING. This caused the hair to come loose from being sewn into the ponytail and start falling out in chunks. This is the FIRST TIME I have touched this ponytail. People are right about the quality. I have never been more heartbroken about hair — it didn’t even last me a day! And it’s human hair that I paid a lot of money for.I’m still in disbelief.
