This store may be easy and nearby, but it's terrible ever since it's been under new management.The majority of the employees flirt with customers for 30 minutes while you the frustrated customer wait in line with whatever you may wish to purchase from the terrible range of ps3 or Xbox 360 games which are either S-club 7 tour games or knockoffs of terrible games.

Was better under the old management. New management came in and they are absolutely hopeless. Avoid at all costs. Go to EB greenhills or go to JB Hi-Fi. I would always shop here but now I will not go near them.

Things may be set up a little sporadically, but you can still manoeuvre a wheelchair around.The staff are friendly, and happy to either serve you quietly, or stop and have a chat.

One of the best shopping experiences I've had. An incredibly well setout and we'll stocked store, but more importantly the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

My teenager daughter stood at the counter today waiting to purchase an item for over 5 minutes just to be completely ignored by the girl working there who was on the phone, she put back her item and left. I understand it was probably a work related call but seriously put the person on hold, your losing $$ by being on the phone.

Absolutely breathtaking service. Despite there being one person managing the store at the time, she went above and beyond to ensure my son's trade-in was done with the best possible outcome. It exceeded his expectations. He worked hard for the items he had and was stoked to have something left over. She was knowledgeable and spoke in way my (mostly shy) son was comfortable enough to manage the whole transaction without me having to speak for him. After over 15 years of being a EB member, this is now my preferred store.

Spacious store with friendly service from all the employees. Knowledgeable staff who provide great advice but will be honest when they don't know something. Usually has a great range of stock but has been selling out lately because of Coronavirus, it's a good idea to call beforehand if you're after something specific. The Store Manager is a great guy who always goes above and beyond for his customers.
