One of the best things I've ever done for myself was to join I Want Fitness. IWF's inclusive and holistic approach to fitness for women is a perfect fit for me where I can go at my own pace, learn to motivate myself and be encouraged every step of the way. All the tools I need to be a stronger, fitter, healthier version of myself are available here. And we like to have a bit of a laugh too!

Some things in your life you can say are life changing. Joining the I Want Fitness team is just that...life changing!! I was tired, unfit and very apathetic about pretty much everything in my life. I started to sit in the pensioner seats on the train and label myself as past it"- I was fifty. I decided to give exercise classes a go. I joined IWF and signed up for 3 classes a week. I thought the classes would be like others I had tried - a set of exercises that were done the same way every session. Well

I love going to I Want Fitness bootcamp sessions. Isabella and her trainers are amazing, the classes are fun and the women there are so lovely and encouraging. Not only do you have the support during the sessions - but there is also a fantastic online community to keep you motivated 24/7. Highly recommend!

I'm so happy I joined Isabella's I Want Fitness last year. It was exactly what I'd been looking for - a personalised, supportive program with sessions which build strength and fitness. Isabella keeps me motivated to turn up regularly and push myself and she adapts routines if needed so I'm working out safely. Plus there's a fun group of people to work out and chat to. The mix of online and face to face sessions is perfect to fit around the work day. IWF offers so much more than the usual gym - a personal, professional fitness program at a reasonable price. I look forward to each session and enjoy the variety of classes on offer. Thanks Isabella - you're the best!

I first joined I Want Fitness when I moved interstate with my husband and 3 young children. For me, it was a way to meet like minded mums and women who wanted to move and feel good about their bodies, and that's what I found. A supportive group of women who are strong through movement and strong through their support of each other. Isabella has a strong focus towards supporting Mums and their changing bodies with postnatal care and educating around pelvic floor health Her classes are challenging but also focus on safety. Would recommend to any woman looking to move and improve their fitness.

I Want Fitness is a fantastic place for women wanting to work on their health, wellbeing and fitness. In the past I have tried various fitness groups/gyms but have definitely found my niche with IWF. I love that the sessions are all varied which helps to maintain interest and motivation. The team are all friendly, supportive and encouraging without the hard-core trainer attitude!! There are plenty of class options and times available. A great community to be a part of whilst working on my fitness. :-)

I was looking at getting back into a structured fitness routine after 4 years & 2 kids. I found that class times at gyms weren't very 'working mum friendly'. That's when I came across I Want Fitness. The class times are great. Whilst working out in a group environment you can work at your own pace/level. Isabella provides a great energy & a very welcoming environment. I'd definitely recommend to others!

I Want Fitness is a wonderful group of ladies that have a common interest in health and fitness. I have been a member for a number of years and made many friendships throughout this time. I love the variety of sessions available and working out in a fun environment. Isabella our amazing trainer… is all about striving to be the best version of yourself. She has provided education sessions and group challenges to keep us motivated to achieve our goals. I would recommend I Want Fitness to any fitness level.

Started at I want fitness 6 months ago as I needed to get my fitness back on track .. to control what I could during the pandemic.I wanted somewhere with friendly accountability, flexible options around my husbands shift work and young kids.2 years ago I couldn’t walk more than 2 houses without stopping due to 2 bulging discs post c-sections and poor core.Isabella is great at giving options for exercises you can’t do as well as focusing on pelvic floor and core strength.I love that the stretch and yoga are online after the kids are in bed so I can do them when partner is working. As well as the 9.30 class where I can bring my 4yo if I need to.Through the challenge of covid lockdown they have remained supportive, getting us back in person as soon as possible and giving great,workouts you can do in a small space on zoom.So glad I finally started after years of I Want Fitness being recommended to me.

I want fitness is the best place I’ve been for fitness , there is no judgement or feeling intimidated by others . As we are all there for the same reason our fitness and wellbeing. Since I’ve been here , my fitness has improved a lot and they are very helpful if you have injuries . I currently do Pilates and bootcamp and love it but at the moment I have a foot injury and am waiting to see what’s going on with that . Then hopefully I can get back into my bootcamp sessions . Being with I want fitness has given me back my confidence and I feel a lot more fitter than I did before . So if your looking for a great place to work out check out I want fitness you won’t regret it .
