It's a typical spotlight store, full of fun items for craft and the home. The staff do seem very nice here, which I like. There's always something on sale, not sure if the full prices are truly correct, but it feels like your getting some value.

The membership program is worth it!Great sized Spotlight store with loads of options.Costume section abundant.Kids linen well appointed.Very large rugs section.Pro tip, take a trolley in with you so you can get through it quick!So many well stocked sections.Cherry staff ;)Thanks team

Took a faulty item back that stopped working after a month. Had to explain to 3 different servers.Appalling customer service spoke to manager whose customer service skills were completely lacking as well.It ended up taking over 30 minutes to get the issue sorted.

I was looking for paper sewing patterns today at Spotlight Burleigh, on the Gold Coast. I had selected 3 from the pattern books, but could only find one of them in the draws. I found a lovely lady at the fabric counter- her name is Teal. She finished serving her customer, and said to me... let me see if I can find the other 2 for you..." explaining that the pattern I had chosen was $15.90...but there was a special on- 3 for $20.00.Teal went out of her way to find the other 2 patterns for me...she even was on her knees on the floor

Absolutely love this Spotlight. The Staff are amazing. Polite, efficient,happy and easy to talk to. Nothing is too much trouble for them, whether it’s help finding a product or information about sewing. There are plenty of savings to be made by being a VIP member. No drama, and you can use your phone number as your reference. One less card in your wallet. I have no complaints here only praise. Drop in for a look as this is more than a material store. You will find craft, home ware, kitchenware, rugs, party stuff etc…

I was witness to a customer who was very rude today and gave the staff a hard time. She didn't have a receipt (required for a return of product), I saw her post on here today. Just wanted to shout-out to all the great customer service staff who tried to help her and the manager who worked out the issue and processed the refund as quickly as possible. Staff are helpful, and when they don't know they'll get someone who does. Grow some patience.By the way fantastic Manchester sales today.

Don't buy online. As you have no guarantee that you will receive what you order. I ordered two blinds at the start of this year. One arrived, but the other never did. After endless emails and AI generated responses from Spotlight. They absolve themselves from responsibility and tell me to follow up with the courier. After hours on the phone the courier tell me that it was delivered to NAME. Of who doesn't exist on our street. I work from home everyday, and are always here. Both the courier and Spotlight have nothing further to add. Thanks for nothing, extremely disappointed is an understatement.

Arguably the best Spotlight in Australia because of the parking. 9 times out of 10, I get a park out the front. Staff are awesome - as always.West Burleigh is awesome now. The new anaconda is huge. Harris Scarfe is there. Choice Discount. World Gym. Cafe. And a radiology centre.Excellent!
