Urban storm helped us to detect damage to our roof due to hail storm and assisted us in communicating with our insurance. It took a long time to get the claim, however the wait was worth it. From the get go UrbanStorm have kept me in the loop.I was first introduced to Jamie who did an awesome job on his initial inspection of my damaged roof. then i met Shae who was a delight contacting me of the progress of my claim. Dev had come to our door asking us could he take a look at our roof He inspection show us photos of roof damage and solar panel damage He told us he can get it all fixed through our insurance we got the insurance claim through thanks to hard work from Hayley it took a few months because insurance company didn’t want to pay the claim amount. Well the team at urban storm came out to repair roof damage and solar panel. Very happy with the job Mitch had some minor issues with weather and me being fussy Mitch did a fantastic job with all the work he has on his plate They look after everything from start to finish well done team and all work is guaranteed.
