what an unpleasant experiencecame for the 7 day free trial as written on their website, called up to confirm beforehand as well. was introduced to membership consultant michelle (if i remember correctly) who asked us if we’ve been here before. my partner and i replied yes, once, but for me that was years ago.she then said in a patronising manner that the trial is for new people who are genuinely interested in joining and that if “we’ve been here before nothing’s changed, the pool is still the pool”. so we ended up with a 1 day pass she gave us instead of the 7 day trial.super uncomfortable w the whole experience, we were actually interested in joining but just wanted to get a feel of the place before committing to a membership, but not anymore after the way she made us feel like we’re just here for a freebie. isn’t the whole point of a trial to try out the place regardless if you’ve previously been before??

It's always full and school 24 hours 7 days one day outside closed one inside .it's scamming costmser .plz don't waste your money to come this swimming pool .when money they always take your money I haven't seen one say o sorry our swimming pool is full no charge always. I been this 2 years no more .just scamming your money .

I go there weekly and the facilities are great. Great for kids and adults. Parking is bit crazy sometime but you always manage to find it.

Great pool with a kids play area and two amazing waterslides. The green slide was the favourite for the kids and is certainly fast. Other facilities include a spa and sauna. Basketball courts have air conditioning which is a rarity in the Melbourne summer months and staff are always lovely. Outside pool is heated and 50m with the main indoor pool 25m. Nice cafe as well with a surprising collection of sportswear for sale

Great aquatic centre to enjoy alone or with the family. Swimming lap pools, kids pools with toboggans and obstacle course, sauna, steam room, spa, warm water pool.

Gesac is one of the places that I have been to my whole life. I have always enjoyed how there is always a spot for everyone. The deep indoor pool for older kids and adults. Pirates cove is always a favorite amongst the kids. The little kids pool that is also very good adults. All these things make gesac the place to be for local swimming.

Pretty good facilities but I have to say that in a hot day people are packed in like sardines so I have wondered if they monitor their capacity limit.I saw people sneaking through because one of the exit gates was just left open so I suspect they don’t know how many are inside at any one time. Happy to be corrected.

Gesac is one of the BEST indoor pools I've ever been to! It has two water slides, a main pool, a play pool, and a spa. Along with that, it has two spacious bathrooms and a canteen! I would highly recommend going here for a fun swim with friends or family.
