Only place in all of Melbourne to have the specific shoes I wanted, not even Iconic had them in stock. Found Jac n Jean through their eBay page searching for the shoes, went for a drive to pick them up and was super impressed. Store was really cool with some amazing things to buy and the service was mind blowing! Will be back for sure! Not enough places like this around anymore.

I had the most amazing experience!Personally, I wasn’t comfortable in how I dressed. But the second I entered the girls welcomed me and they knew exactly what was in fashion for me, how I should wear the items and knew exactly what would make me feel my best.I almost felt like I’d been to a day spa. Fully refreshed and couldn’t have been happier with the price point and all items were quality!!!I still have clothes from this store from years ago before they moved down the road .The new space looks great!

Brilliant shopping experience! Aside from the resident Dachshunds that greet you warmly, the staff are super helpful without pressuring and the dynamic range of clothing is unique and inspiring. My new fav clothing store in Frankston.

Jac n Jean are amazing to deal with! Purchased a pair of jeans I wasn't happy with and had some back and forth communication for an exchange.
