Brake lights not working and no waiting time and they were fixed and so cheap, wanted to give them a good tip for their great service but they refused it...you can always see how good any business is buy how many clients they have and i know they are busy all the time

Wow booked our Jeep in was told by the reception Approx 3hours and about $300Booked in for 8am got our car back at a 2-30 pm. And $600 later .Chances of going back Zero.

Sensational service. We were about to head off on Easter holidays and had a malfunction of our boat trailer lights. Rang Melita who were already busy and they took our job on at 4pm on Easter Thursday. Job done quickly and cheerfully at a good price. Cannot recommend Melita more highly. A great business that my family has used for more than 40 years.

I asked Melita to check that the 4wd control module was sending the correct message to the transfer case. The request was specific as I had written it down from my mechanic. Melita ran a diagnostic check that said the fault was in the transfer case and checked the condition of the control module but unfortunately for me did not do as asked and check that the control module was sending and receiving signals. I took it back to the mechanic advising him that Melita said the module was fine. Well after paying $1,400 to replace the transfer case gear motor and transfer case position sensor it turns out that the control module was not working as it was not sending the correct signal. In the end the control module was then replaced as it was the last part that could be causing the issue which resolved the problem however a $400 repair turned into an $1,800 repair and a couple of weeks to get various parts because Melita didn't do perform the task as requested.
