Cameron and the team really looked after me here. Everything they do from answering phones to booking my car in for a service is an absolute delight. Surprise and delight at every corner. They went over and above with car service which was out of warranty and did it all with smile. Lexus has excellent customer service and this branch in Kedron should be commended on keeping amazing customer service alive. thanks!

These guys were super professional and accommodating. To put it into context, I went there to get the airbags replaced as a recall. Not a paying customer. They still treated me like royalty. I was given updates on the progress during my wait as well. Mega professional service.

Lexus of Brisbane Service
Just spoke to David Durston at Lexus of Kedron where my car was serviced. I purchased the car new from the Fortitude Valley and still own it. Great car except for 2 major issues. The worst GPS ever and of course the disintegrating dash which is well documented worldwide. Was told very firmly and very clearly Lexus have no interest in fixing it. Nothing more to say. Be very careful when buying a Lexus.

We have taken our cars here for over 10 years and I have nothing to say but kind words. The level of service is outstanding. The staff are fantastic, very helpful, polite and respectful. The quality of service is A1, I can drive my car with confidence knowing that it has been taken care of properly. They are also reasonably priced!

Very bad experience. Very bad customer service. I went there to get my wheels aligned and balanced. They didn’t do anything. They just took the spacer out of the wheels and put the wheels without even balancing it. But in the invoice they mentioned about the balancing and alignment. I had to go another day to do it. One of the worst experiences. Very unprofessional.

Here we go Again…. We tried to ring the Kedron Service centre on a Wednesday 2pm - phone rang out - rang again 20mins later - after 10 rings Lexus’s Valley answers the phone & offers to put me through to Kedron & before I could answer…… she did & again the phone rings out….. Lexus Kedron do not take phone calls. We went through this same situation in April 2022. I left 2 voice messages & rand no fewer then 6 times over a 4 day period of which nonewere not returned then - provided this feedback to the service manager then & 6 months later - same outcome - poor aftermarket service - consistently from Lexus Kedron

David and his team went above and beyond looking after my Lexus. The level of service provided was exceptional - they were extremely helpful, trustworthy with a top quality service. They are fabulous value for money and I highly recommend them. They whole team were a pleasure to deal with.
