Staff acted like they looked down on me as a person.Whilst talking to one sales person the other 2 just stared at me like they thought they were better than me, and salesman had attitude as well. When questioned about an item I was talked at and not too.I think they need to realize they bolt bull bars on for a living, if anyone is going to look down on someone it's actually them..Imagine rocking up to a party and someone says what do you do for a living" & the answer is bolt bull bars on

Had a lift kit fitted to our brand new car, ordered foam cell comfort shocks for rear.They put in what they could get on the day not the comfort.....We weren't even contacted about this before they just decided to do it.Luckily we checked the part number.We have asked for the comfort to put in as its what we ordered....... Its been a month waiting for the part. Got told by John it will be here by the 21st June. Rang Today 23rd.. Apparently still on back order, I asked for ETA, was told they would get back to me and haven't heard anything.

I would like to thank the team at Hunter 4 x 4 for their patiants and help on carrying out a inspection of a Iron Man bull bar which was installed by another installer at Preston's, which in my opinion was installed incorrectly .THE TEAM AT Hunter advised what I did to rectify was the correct thing to doGiving me peace of mindI wish I had got them to do the job in the first place

Was ready to spend significant $$$$ to kit my recently purchased 4WD out but I guess this business is happy to see those $$$$ walk out the door.Only customer in store for 5 mins but totally invisible to both members of staff present.I am very happy to take my hard earned elsewhere.Sadly, from reading other reviews I see this is not uncommon for this store - should have read those reviews before heading in-store.Don’t bother asking me to contact you - my $$$$ will be spent elsewhere.
