Kids Academy has a wonderful team of educators- Mel, Goli, Jess, Felicia, Parastoo, Sayani and Sanaz to name a few who have cared for our son and daughter. The educators care for the children so well and always look after their wellbeing. The centre has a huge playground and the children are provided with incredible food prepared by Chef Daniel

Our experience at the Kids Academy in Hornsby was the worst ever. In the six months my daughter attended, she constantly fell ill, they neglected to change diapers on time, and the staff had a negative attitude. Their behavior towards each other was unprofessional, and the children witnessed it. I recommend transferring your child elsewhere from the start.

Went here as a toddler and finished childcare at Kids Academy before moving onto kindergarten. I know a lot has changed by the teachers that accompanied me when I was young still moves me to this dayLast year, I had a great opportunity to do high school work experience here and apart from the venue being more modernised, nothing has change in terms of service and kindness of the workers. Not only were they so dedicated they also took great care of me

*Do not enter your child into care here *I don’t usually leave comments on these forums but I have to share publicly after the experience my 1 yr old son had at this centre.I have pulled my son out of care due to neglect and poor care shown by this centre.My wife arrived at the centre a month ago and my son had deep scratch marks across his face to the point they had drawn blood. We didn’t receive a phone call, and none of the carer’s knew what happened. When we escalated this the manager agreed that an incident report should have been completed and it wasn’t and that we should have received a phone call.On numerous occasions we felt worried to drop our son off at day care. When we arrived there were two carer’s to 10 kids. At one point I broke up a fight between two kids while the carer sat there a metre away. At the same time I had to ask the carer to take my one year old son from me and that he couldn’t be left alone on the floor as I left. He was one. I asked if there was more help and all I was told was no. I went to work sick about what it was like and left work early to pick him up again.I also picked my son up multiple times and he stunk. The level of care wasn’t ok. We are asked to provide a change of clothes which were never used and he just wasn’t cared for well enough. I raised this concern and was told by the room leader that with new staff joining that expectations needed to be reset.For these reasons please consider another day care. The lack of strong standards is hugely concerning. Please look elsewhere.

Kids Academy is an amazing place! It’s safe, beautiful, have huge green space, tons of toys and learning activities for kids.The staff! Oh I can’t describe the lovely, helpful, devoted and such passionate people who go out of their way to make sure every kid is taken care of and enjoys each day! I am genuinely very touched and blessed to have found kids academy and can’t say enough about the educators and their love and care for kids. Love the fact they are so well connected, patient and take parents feedback into account. The chef, Daniel too is amazing and kids love the variety and spread of food options.All the very best and lots of claps and pats for all the lovely people who are working in the background, front and everywhere to support the parents in such a difficult yet responsible task.

We're incredibly pleased with KidsAcademy Hornsby. Their dedication to the kids, communication, and preparation is outstanding. We're first-time parents and sent our son when he was almost 6 months; he loves daycare, no tears and has had the most wonderful time.

Moving to a new city is challenging enough, throw in changing your child’s daycare. We are very happy with Kids Academy Hornsby. Before moving I called a few centres, Carmen from Kids Academy was the only one who spent the time to explain the centre and all that it offers she spend over an hour going through all of our questions. The best part about it was that when we eventually moved and got to the centre she had explained everything as it actually is.My child settled within a matter of weeks, thanks to the amazing team. Our minds were at ease instantly once starting at the centre. Our child made connects quickly and loves the chefs amazing meals! We cannot thank Carmen and the team at Kids Academy Hornsby enough for making our child and us welcome instantly. The programs and story park updates are also great to get daily to see what our little one is up to.Thank you Kids Academy! ❤️

I had worse experience with Kids Academy Hornsby,I couldn’t believe what I saw in this Child Care and how Maggae Doney replied my email back with such unprofessionally.I just found overrated child care with 0% ethics.Thanks to Lucy who addressed my email and replied in a correct manner.May be others have good experiences with this child care but I found just worse.And I do not recommend anyone.

My son has settled into the baby room really well. The indoor area is big and airy, with 3 separate cot rooms and a large covered outdoor area with sandpit. The educators are caring, professional and knowledgeable. They are happy to answer all my questions and give me updates on what my son does during the day. The manager and assistant manager are very responsive and helpful. The in house chef makes delicious meals for the kids and there is hand made frozen meals available for purchase (perfect for busy families).

After recently switching from another large daycare we have been thrilled with kids academy my son is settled and happy here,t food is unbelievable he got garlic prawns for lunch last week! Huge playground, great seperate learning and eating areas. The teachers and directors are just awesome and have been so responsive to any concerns about his development. It's very organised and communication is fantastic. The kids love the chickens and ducks.
