Bare with me as my 5 star explanation is rather long....I rang Allan Mance Motors, around midday, simply to book my car in for a service, I have never used them before. I was told by one lady someone will call me back. No call., I rang back about an hour and a half later, got another lady to which she tells me that I should allow up to 24 hours for a return call...to which I thought was a bit odd but o.k. So it's been 3 days now and still no call.I decided to call Kevin Dennis Dealership, got put through directly to service and an appointment was booked, a car offered if required and a text message to confirm booking. The service people at Kevin Dennis very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous over the phone.So save yourself the time and go to Kevin Dennis Dealership, where you feel like you actually matter.

I had to pick up a customer's Car from here.Very nice Dealership.l have aVW Polo.l should have asked about a service for my car.l wonder how much it will cost me.

The service centre was quick to encounter the problem and fix it but the service centre lady jo is very rude and need to learn customer service. She made me feel everything was my fault . She told me I bought a demo car and the engine oil leak was pretty obvious. Also, she send me this automated text at 3:30 pm that the car is ready and can pick up anytime. I live in Werribee there is noway i can make to deer park at 5 pm in that office hour rush traffic and the next day she calls me and tells me in rude tone i need to call her ,if i was not coming. I had to explain how am i suppose to reply to automated message and she lies and tells me she left a voice message. I have not received any phone call neither voice message. Just to win the conversation she lied and tells me that she left a voice message .i asked her about the oil leakge as i bought new car and hardly drove 6k. She straight away corrects me by sayong not new car -a demo car so the problem was possible at 14k. This made me feel really bad. I loved the customer service when they were selling me the car but she made me feel as if i bought the demo car that is why i was treated differently. I bought a new car which had done 6k paid almost full price $1500 less than the actual price and she tells me i didn’t buy a new car. This is my second review to Kevin Dennis first one being 100% five star to the customer service when i bought the car to the negative 100% to the service centre lady jo. You did win the battle jo but lost the war. I would always avoid your service centre from now onwards.

Picked up my new car today! Shane is a legend! Same with the rest of the staff.
