It is difficult to get good reviews in ANY court appointed work, as they will always be an unhappy party. However, Claire is a professional, caring, educated and knowledgeable social worker who takes pride in putting the welfare of children and families first. I would highly recommend her!

Highly recommend Claire Kelly. Conducts herself with professionalism whilst ensuring her focus is what is in the best interest of children. Unfortunately she is often appointed by family courts to weigh in on matters that affect all members of a family and has to make judgements that aren’t always what one side may like. When compiling her reports, it is evident that they are done with due care and consideration as to what is best for children and align with current best practice. She has dedicated herself to a job that is often thankless however needed in today’s society. She also does not just deal with family court matters. She offers counselling for either adults or children and I would highly recommend her if you are looking for this type of therapy also.

Wow I should have read these before going to see her! Totally agree 100% one sided and biased, omitted important things from the report that were mentioned on the day yet includes everything from the other party without even consulting about them. Shut me down when I tried to bring up issues and the 2 hours given to gather this information were totally unacceptable. I even asked politely for an explanation on why she had done these things and for another opportunity to actually put my case forward, however was told the old I'm a witness on your case now so you'll have to challenge this in court and wouldn't even talk with me about my issues. Definitely wouldn't recommend her to anyone and considering we paid 5000 dollars you'd expect due diligence to be carried out. Doesn't take the children's best interest into account what so ever!

My god, I never believed that evil manipulative witches like Claire really existed until I met her. She is a narcissistic racist despite her apparent ethnic background. Rude arrogant and judgemental Claire thinks she knows everything but is actually quite ignorant and narrow minded.Beware of Claire and her hidden agendas. She has no scruples what so ever.Say NO to Communication Kinnections at Beenleigh. She should have her licence to practice revoked, that's if she has one.

I highly recommend not to use Claire Kelly services. She ruins family relationships and does not consider one ounce of children emotional well being. Beware if you are force to use this lady for anything she is very one sided and watch what you say to her as manipulate and not report actually, blames one parent for everything.
