This is the first time I have had to buy trusses as I’m renovating my house and needed them for my 10m span open living kitchen area.When I received my quote from GNL my trusses where drawn up professionally.After a few months we had made some changes and I spoke to GNL to get three types of trusses. One for above the sliding door. 21 for the living and pergola area and 6 for the bathroom walk-in waredrobe area with room for the indoor ducted air con unit as well.After me hand drawing them and a few discussions with GNL, they had them drawn up within a few days and once I approved the drawings and paid they had them delivered within 2 days.The entire team at GNL have been outstanding and if you are in need of trusses go with GNL.GNL went above and beyond to help me with design, understanding installation and so much more that they made the entire process a breeze.Thank you so much GNL for you’re attention to detail, outstanding customer focus, an amazing product and helping me from start to finish.The trusses turned out awesome!10/10
