Costco Wholesale

My 1st time shopping at Costco being as a member and the experienced was terrible. I don’t know about the whole staff behaviour however to whom I encountered was horrible experienced. Staff name was c***i and the way that employee communicate was so rude. Tone was so impolite he/she need to learn how to speak politely. I am not shopping at Costco anymore just wasted my money to sign up.

I was shopping with my two year old today. At the check out, my so was loos his patient and try to get out off the trolly, the staff KOMALPREET was very rude, instead provided assistance, she pushed the trolly away and make harder for me to settle him down. When I told her to stop pushing the trolly away, her acts was worse than my 2year old. Such unsafe behavior and no empathy towards to customers.

The store is fine, it's clean there is plenty of choice.... The issue is the food court!Been a member for +25 years and used Costcos in several countries. However the or at till and shouting order numbers system simply DOESN'T WORK. The poor staff have to complete with the sound of the crowd and it means orders are missed, food backs up and well it's a complete SHAMBLES.By all means have the order at till stations then get them to queue up and collect on a first come first serve basis.I don't want my food sitting at the till, as other customers collect theres due to a backlog, especially in the days of C19Costcos I was here on the 8th Jan feel free to reach out if you want further feedback!

Ridiculous wait time just to activate the membership card (purchased online) even before going in. Staffs were ruled too. Prices are not much cheaper than other stores. Not worth the AUD60 membership, wait times and staffs' horrible attitude.

Not sure why. Their drink taste is like disinfectant. I bought taro tea today and sausage&drink(mountain dew) a week ago. At last week, taste was like strong tap water(strong chlorine) in it. And today iceed taro tea taste is same. It was not like before. Not sure why.

If you live nearby or have a chest freezer it would be worth it. But otherwise you'll need to find a lot of space in your kitchen before you arrive. Lots of pastries and meats including fish and ready to eat.

The place has a very odd layout compared to Casula.Shoppers are very rude and have no issues with deliberately cutting you off or walking into you. I was glad to get out of there.The carpark is a shamble with very minimal disabled spots.I ordered 2 pizzas and waited 25 minutes for it to be made. There was a constant flow but not that many people there really. I did like the fact that it was outside the store.
