I used the services from TOA Civil Construction Ltd for making and fitting a new gate, deck modification and for new steps to be made and attached to the deck...The experience of dealing with TOA (Scotty) was Awesome...Firstly, a response with 24 hours of the enquiry... Then a site visit within the next 2 days (as per my convenience) for reviewing the work to be done... Quote within 24 hours of the site visit... As soon as we accepted the quote, we received a call to decide on the day to get the job started as per our convenience and requirements...The timelines mentioned for the job were followed and the job was completed on time and as per our expectations, in fact, exceeded our expectations in some aspects...Highly professional, good communication, customer focused, experts (know what they do) and reasonable...Highly Recommended... :)
