I completed a survey and because I rated them highly I was referred to a Google review. I tested a bad survey and I was not given a google review link. Apart from dodgy review practices, they are actually really good and I would recommend them. Although you normally have to wait in waiting room for too long and they don't run on time. Staff are fantastic. Equipment seems great and up to date. Reports back to GP same or next day.

I was pleased with the excellent service and minimum wait times recently at 179 Ashmore Rd Benowa and 103 Nerang St Southport. The staff were very friendly and helpful in both venues. Thanks for your concern and professional attention.

Very helpful reception staff when booking appointment, arrange the day & time most suitable to you. The reception staff advise clearly the preparation ie fasting / water consumption necessary for the procedure. Easy to get to, as the Nerang Street tram stop is outside the clinic. Very friendly staff on arrival. Respectable qualified staff / nurse performing the procedures. Very clean environments. Usually on time, quick in and out. Will always go to them.

Terrible place, whatever service may be good you can't let people wait forever till the get called in while they were here first with an appointment. I also have work while the other people don't and can wait a little longer. Have you got no respect. If you are full don't overbook yourself. I don't have all day I have work to attend. This is the only time I can come and this happend.... This is absolutely ridiculous.

I get to visit SCR about once a year, over the past 5 years. The staff are friendly and helpful. They explain the procedure and possible side effects. My appointments have always been on time. I have always been very well looked after. Thank you.

From the time walked in to the time i walked out i was met with a professional and helpful team of staff from the receptionist to the clinical technician. I didnt have to wait very long before i was called into have my test. I was made to feel at ease in the hands of the clinical technician and felt the whole experience was a very pleasant one. I would definitely go back for any required tests.

Very Good. The staff were very friendly and helpfulin in arranging the timing of my consultation. Within 10 minutes of my arrival I was interviewed by by the operator of the MRI machine and briefed on what would happen..Twenty minutes later the machine finished and I was free to go.The whole operation was quite relaxing.
