Don't normally go near this business but was bored and knew that they would have something of interest that I can read. Shop layout good and staff nice. Bought a book on interviews with criminals which I'm enjoying.

Excellent, friendly service. The staff are all quite knowledgeable. Great prices, can always find or order in what I want. Good loyalty program, and can’t go wrong with layby! So happy to see an affordable book shop in town.

Great service. Only took 3 days for the book I ordered in.UPDATE - ordered another book and couldn’t be happier with the service. I signed up as a gold member and was given vouchers to use and you get instant credit back. Best loyalty program I’ve come across. Good job qbd.

feel like the loyalty program is not worth it and is a rip off. In store they asked me if I wanted to become a member but didnt tell me this would cost 25 dollars and they failed to mention a couple of other things. The store has expensive books only the books on sale are good priced.

The customer service is poor. The short woman has never cracked a smile or hello to us, yet has glowingly greeted other people in the store, who I guess she must know. Don't work in retail if you do not have common courtesy. Customer service can make it break a business.

I dealt with Rachael over the phone recently from the Traralgon store trying to organise a book for family after they lost a pet. Rachael was extremely kind, helpful and understanding, and was able to assist me. Highly recommend!

QBD books has a large selection of books on offer. It is conveniently located in the plaza and it’s great to stop by and grab a few books. However, they are a little pricey, as you could get some books a bit cheaper at other stores.

The people that work here are really friendly, but are also happy to let you browse without disturbing you. Very wide variety. And also a good LGBT section.
