Probably won't be a return customer, 3 weeks+ for lights to arrive at my address.No communication to let me there was a hold up until I complained.My complaint was addressed promptly, but not the point why wasn't I advised there was going to be a delay when I ordered???

I wouldn’t normally leave a low star or even a bad review but I keep getting text and email prompts to review my experience.Sadly it wasn’t the best. They have great products but half are listed online in stock but aren’t actually in stock. And very poor customer service. I’m still waiting over 2 months for my refund of half my order which they didn’t have in stock. I was very happy to work with them on the stock issues and substitute items for ones in stock but unfortunately the communication was terrible. I had to email and call multiple times to get updates and chase them for info. Disappointing.

More recently, thanks Ben for the time and diligence to get the right part to me regarding the Td5 Transmission Cooler. Really appreciate it. Feels weird saying this but I look forward to more stuff going wrong with this car, so I can spend more money here!

This company, I have used for many years and are great to deal with, they are always willing to assist and have the products i need at great price, the price of postage is great too and if the company wasn't any good I wouldn't use them again. However this is not the case and love the service they provide and will continue to order products from them. I would also recommend this company when purchasing 4WD products. A+++++++++
