A breath of fresh air! It was pleasant being at a salon that was full of life, not automated high-end fakers.Absolute passion for what they do, listened to what I wanted but could also confidently offer advice.I Came out happy with the result and loved the experience. I got a full head of foils (blonde) and a new cut.Used the salon because I have moved back in the area for a short period of time. Would absolutely go back.

I was going to be 10 minutes late to my appointment as I was super busy, I rang to let them know and they told me I would have to reschedule. I understand I was a little bit late but I booked for a full head of foils which is an hours long service and I don’t think being 10 minutes late is going to put them that far behind that I would have to reschedule. She did not explain to me on the phone why this was such a problem and was not very apologetic of having to reschedule. With this poor service, I will not be returning. If you have booking with this company just a heads up, don’t be a minute late.

After suffering an injury that left me unable to care for my own hair, I called every salon in town to have a simple wash. These girls were the only ones able to fit me in on the day. I’ve been going to them since that day almost weekly, even after I was able to start washing it myself. I’ve had treatments, colours, cuts, beauty therapies and absolutely amazing advice.I feel like part of the family, the girls are amazing at what they do. Experts in colour, and their customer service is second to none. I actually miss it when I can’t get my weekly pamper session.I thoroughly recommend them for all hair and beauty related procedures.

I have never had a salon not only meet my expectations but exceed them until now. A very friendly down to earth environment on top of very professional service. I highly recommend this salon and will be back for sure!
