For some time now the Woolworths Baby Leaf Rocket are always rotten. Today I bought fresh pack and after opening the rotten smell hit me.

Loved this store with fab customer service

I’ve been shopping here regularly for over 20 years, great shop ,but the last couple of months the lack of staff in checkouts and long waits are putting me off, I’m even going to the local iga more, as their service is great, quality great, bit more expensive but less hassle. Please put more front staff on, I usually go on Mondays ,but weekends are worse. People won’t hang around if you don’t pick up your game.

This store is great has everything I generally need, the staff are lovely and friendly. The only drawback is the constant electric shocks I get in store! Makes it a somewhat painful visit every time!

I previously posted about rudeness of staff n today I had another example of such rudeness from the woman called Mela on self checkout I don't deserve your rudeness and abruptness. I won't be back to this store. What once was a lovely store to go to is now not so nice n I'll add that I was not rude in the slightest I literally asked if they had any fixems.

This is a good place to go if you need to do some grocery shopping. The fresh produce section was pretty comprehensive and the quality was also good.

Unfortunately for our family this is our local store. I am sick and tired of purchasing meats that are off in the packets well prior to the best before dates - in particularly your pork products. It’s always the pork that’s foul once I open the packaging. Tonight I had defrosted pork chops purchased not quite a month ago (frozen immediately on getting home) I made sure to select meat that had at very least a week left on the use by date and was not as oddly coloured as the rest on shelf. On opening the pack it made me sick. The stench was putrid. I pulled out the other packet still frozen in the freezer, opened that and gave it a sniff, that didn’t smell as bad as the defrosted pack but it indeed wasn’t good or edible meat. 2 packets of meat thrown away and my money completely wasted. I cannot get my money back when I haven’t got my receipt anymore. Time and time again I try this shop thinking things may have changed (and exhausted of travelling to other stores when this is just across the road) but I always end up ripped off here. One day you will make someone sick with your lack of quality. My husband now refuses to eat any meat purchased from you because he cannot trust it to be safe. I’m officially done after this. The worst Woolies I’ve ever shopped at.Update - came over 08/04/23 to get dog food, fridge was empty. Staff were asked about product and replied they would check. Came back and was told the pallet of delivery has arrived but that box is at the bottom and won’t be shelved before closing time (this was 3pm) I was told to come in today 09/04/23 and buy as the fridge would be fully stocked. Showed up today and dog food fridge still empty. Asked service desk who on searching system said they hadn’t ordered any stock of that product and none was delivered, she suggested I misunderstood the staff member. The last it was delivered was 27/03/23. I told her I was blatantly lied too because I specifically asked and was explicitly told it was there but not yet accessible. Fairly despicable that staff lie to customers just as bad as the complete lack of produce this store stocks.
