Youthlab ticks all of the boxes. From the moment you walk in the door, the clinics are minimalist, elegant, stylish and calming. The admin staff are welcoming and friendly. I have attended for different treatments with nurses and doctors and everyone is so welcoming and kind. Every appointment I have had here has been a positive experience with an excellent outcome which exceeded my expectations. I can’t recommend Youthlab enough.

I visited youth lab to get my very first wrinkle relaxer treatment and have since been back 3 times. Danae was super friendly, made sure I was well informed, and took the extra time to achieve exactly what I wanted (a natural look). She was also caring during the process to ensure I was comfortable. I have been coming to Youth Lab W Perth for several years and love how welcome their team makes me feel when I enter their gorgeous premises. I am a spa person and appreciate the effort that has made with the physical appearance of the space . And most important how professional their Dr Kate and beauty therapists are. Results are always as expected. Follow up advice always provided as well. Highly recommend.

My experience at this place has been a mixture of positive and negative encounters. On one hand, the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the nurses were wonderful.However, during one of my visits, I felt uncomfortable with one of the doctors due to my phobia of needles. This doctor did not seem to understand my concerns and made me feel like a burden. She seemed frustrated when I requested numbing cream and even snapped at me saying that it doesn't work. Additionally, she appeared annoyed when I asked for a glass of water when I was feeling unwell. Although my first experience with her was great, the last one left me feeling uneasy.One thing I noticed during my visits to the clinic is that they tend to favor dermal filler injections in the high areas of the cheekbone, rather than the mid-cheek area. This can sometimes result in an unnatural appearance if not balanced properly with mid-cheek injections. I was not aware of this until I moved interstate and received treatment from a different provider which made a world of difference.The owners are great, but a few jarring experiences with other staff left me feeling like this place doesn’t live up to its hype.

Youth lab is a lovely, warm and professional clinic. Staffs are so welcoming and caring. Alexis is great and amazing. She is taking her time with every procedure she’s doing. My entire experience at Youth Lab was wonderful! The staff are very friendly and professional, the facilities are beautiful & the Hydrafacial I had with the lovely Alexis left me absolutely glowing! ~ A great treatment to get before an event.
