Cotton On Pakenham

I felt like a star was fun great stuff the staff very helpful for me to try on clothes and if I'm not happy with the look they are willing to go and get me more clothing I ended up being a very satisfied customer..

Went there 1/2 an hour before closing time and I could tell that one of the workers was annoyed by this (I’m guessing she was the manager as she was closing the front doors half an hour before the actual closing time).Browsed for a little while, then as I went towards the front of the shop to look at the clothing there, she shut the entire door and didn’t say a word to me. Nobody greeted me at all. Not a single word was said. Further to that, I actually smiled at the worker upon first entering the store and got nothing back, except for what seemed to be an annoyed expression on her face.I work in retail as well & have a lot of customers come in 30 minutes before closing time but I would never treat someone like that. Really disgusting service. I was only in there for 10 minutes tops.Even at 8:40pm once I had left, their entire doors were shut, despite their actual closing time of 9pm.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent Customer Service by the two team members today. They were the most polite and obliging people you could come across.

Not much choice for men's clothing, otherwise it's nice
